COM Port invalid, and licensing
Added by admin over 8 years ago
Good morning!
I am interested in purchasing your product. Need a library to send SMS
and MMS with Wavecom GSM Modem. I downloaded the source to test. But I'm
having a problem. I get the message: "COM port is invalid". This message is
originated from MessagingToolkit.Core.Utilities. Already checked and
I'm sure that the port is valid. I used the diagnostic tool and it worked.
Detected compatibilities normally.
After I buy the license, I will have support for this type of problem?

Hi,
Support will be provided as long as the problem is related to the
libraries.
In the forum, there are a lot of users raised questions and issues, you
can also refer to it.
If you are using Windows 7/8, please also make sure you run the library with administrator privileges.
Thanks

Good afternoon!
would not like the recipients of SMS and MMS to see the number of the
chip. Want to put a name in place of the number.
With your library can mask the chip number on messages?
I will support on how to do this?

Hi,
Please refer to the FAQ. Using a modem this is not possible to do so.
