Unable to Initialise gateway: RAS Error

Hi,
I am evaluating MMS gateway systems for a client.
I have tested SMS via your MessagingToolkit with success.
However I get an Error when trying to connect to the gateway for sending MMS messages
The Error I get is Unsupported feature: SetRaSconnectionFeature: Create the RAS connection (The caller does not have the required permission to perform the action requested.)
The signal strength is marginal (one bar) although NowSMS Trial has no problems in testing the connection. My client is going to install a higher gain antenna.
The APN Account (411) and Username (optus) are used by NowSMS but it seems not set in your Operator DB.
I have attached a screen grab of the error alert and the Settings tab.

Hi,
Are you using Windows 7? Try to try the demo program as Administrator to see if it helps.
