Hello, Sirs,

I'm getting some extensive memory usage when there are problems with usb (visible as serial) modem connection. It occurred after connection was initiated and established but somehow modem was not responding. I suspect that "connect Internet software" is somehow blocking or interfering with serial port which in the end generates over 2,5GB of used RAM by messaging library.
Could you please tell me what can I do to limit memory usage or somehow do necessary checks/timeouts in order to forcefully dispose/reload/retry connection.
