CMS Error

Hello sir,
how are you? I want to ask you three things.
1. I try the Wavecom fasttrack modem modem MULTIBAND 900E 1800. I send sms using your core application and it success. When i try to generate the pdu from your pdu library and send the message it return cms error 304.
Here is my pdu

2. I also tested on Huawei K3520. When i set the cnmi="2,1,0,2,0" or set the cnmi="2,1,0,1,0" and when the message received the modem does not return the +CMTI respons. So I try to use your core application and set Enable Message Indication to True. It also does not respons for the +CMTI. My question is the some modem also behaviour like this?
3. I also tested on siemen c55. When I set the cnmi="1,1,0,1,1" and after sending and recieved smn one time, the cnmi parameter value return to "1,0,0,0,1". Why it can happened like this?

Perhaps the message length is too long for your SMSC.
For issue 2 and 3, it depends on the modems. If you have the manuals of the modems, perhaps you can attach here for us to check.

I have no manual for both kind of modem. For my first issue. If i send a message that length about 10 character. It also failed. CMS Error 304. Do you have any reference of STK (Sim Toolkit) Command?
